Ethical and responsible behaviour

Our operational environment is governed by regulations and standards that aim to reduce the effects of buildings and their operations on the environment. We strive to respond to these complex and demanding standards. Our priority is a long-term vision based on the needs of the financial and societal ecosystem, rather than a mode of operation that is potentially damaging to the collective well-being. We optimise the financial performance of investments while integrating environmental and social criteria through setting annual goals for sustainable development.

Engaged in environment protection

We conduct - without exception - technical and pollution audits on buildings and tourism assets to control environmental risks.
We design five-year renovation plans which integrate building energy improvement processes.
We conduct energy performance audits on unlabelled buildings (BBC, HQE) to optimise their efficiency.
Our asset management teams is at the forefront of regulatory changes to environmental, thermal and construction standards.
Every day, we encourage our teams to reduce the impact of our business by printing less to preserve forests, using digital versions of documents when possible, and using alternatives to plastic bottles and cups.

Since that our solutions must be accessible to all, we apply social criteria to the management of real estate and tourism assets.

– We take the profile of existing tenants into account - business purpose and activity - by applying ESG criteria.
– We ensure the comfort and safety of tenants in buildings and tourism assets. These criteria feature in our technical audits for acquisition. We also ensure access for people with reduced mobility, proximity to public transport and services (shops, restaurants, presence of RIE, green spaces, etc.), quality services in buildings for users (ventilation, heating, etc.).
- We select providers that are consistent with our sustainable development policy and ethics.
- We encourage all our staff to develop personally and realise their ambitions through the organisation of personalised training plans.

We constantly strive to develop an ethical investment model that takes into account local organisation, culture and issues. Potential is recognised and optimised. Our goal is to benefit the local economy and employment by participating in the development of the competitiveness of France and Europe in the tourism sector.
We are fully aware that our role to support the sector is more important than ever since the negative impact of the 2020 health crisis.
